 This ticket is a note that rtbf64a which is running Fedora 22 gave a
 warning that yum is being replaced with a tool named dnf (do not find?).
 The RSB doc will have to be updated to have the development environment
 install command once we figure out what that is.

 This applies to all versions of the RSB docs.
