 When a user name contains a space, such as: "Dell User", RTEMS Source
 builder fails.  The test conditions were Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, MSYS2 64
 bit, and building the i386 RTEMS tools using the new documentation at:
 https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/people/chrisj/docs/user/start/index.html
