 Where exactly can I find the User's Guide for the scheduling simulator?
 I've tried searching for it to no avail. Currently, I'm a little stuck
 trying to just get the configure script for the simulator to execute.
 Hence, any basic instructions for that in the users guide would be useful.
 Else, I think we should start a new Wiki page to document this as well
