Comment:

 Texinfo documentation is being replaced with Rest formatted documentation.

 4.10 documentation is not buildable with newer texinfo versions.
 Addressing all warnings and errors would be too time-consuming.

 If interested, volunteer or consider sponsoring a developer to do it.
