Comment:

 I cannot fix this as the zip I download is corrupt. The downloaded by the
 RSB and the ZIP I downloaded with a browser using the same URL from the
 RSB configuration file downloaded have the same SHA512 hash. Running
 {{{unzip -t}}} on the file gives:
