 There are a ton of issues going on with trac that need to be resolved.
 The two major ones are:

   * The ticket commenter emails people who aren't a trac user.  This may
 require a custom modification.
   * The always_email setting is taking things too literally and always
 sending emails even if it shouldn't.
   * The Git plug-in consistently spins, floods the jail with processes
 then the site dies.
   * Frequent, strange and random crashes.
     * This one is not a huge deal since it's just that request process
 users won't even notice when this happens.

 Upgrading trac is a weeklong project usually I will start preparing for it
 and update here.

 If anyone has any feature requests now is the time to do it!
