 The ''RTEMS Porting Guide'' is out of date and in its current state not
 helpful to ease the porting of RTEMS to a new architecture.  Perform the
 following steps:

 1. Enable build of the ''RTEMS Porting Guide''.

 2. Disable existing content and start with a nearly empty document.

 3. One step of the porting is the update of the ''RTEMS CPU Architecture
 Supplement''. Mentions this in the guild and move the ''PORT SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION'' chapter to the guide.

 4. Remove the ''no_cpu'' directories form the RTEMS sources and transfer
 the content to the guide.  Mention useful example implementations.
