New description:

 These three methods are in glibc math.h but the standards or historical
 orgin of them so they can be accounted for properly in the psxhdr tests.
 They are not in newlib.

 The tests for these methods exist but are disabled in
 psxtests/Makefile.am. Be sure to adjust that Makefile.am as part of
 resolving this ticket.
