Old description:

 uchar.h is a C11 header currently not supported by RTEMS. The methods
 uchar.h implements are the following:

 c16rtomb()
 c32rtomb()
 mbrtoc16()
 mbrtoc32()
 }}}

 NOTE: POSIX is currently (2008) based on C99 and this is new in C11.
