 I suspect the Sphinx version 1.4.8 on `sync.rtems.org` is too old. I back
 ported some style fixes for later versions to the 4.11 and I am wondering
 if this is a problem.

 I think the version checked is updated and `virtualenv` needs to be used
 to build a release.
