 ./tester/rtems/testing/bsps/riscv_generic.ini
 ./tester/rtems/rtems-bsps-riscv32.ini
 }}}

 rtems-bsps.ini does not include the riscv.

 tester/rtems/rtems-bsps-tiers.ini does not list the riscv
