 On attempting to build the tool chain for the SPARC architecture the
 following build error is encountered: ''Build: error: downloading
 https://github.com/libexpat/libexpat/releases/download/R_2_1_0/expat-2.1.0.tar.gz:
 all paths have failed, giving up
 ''

 Manually downloading the expat tar file to the sources folder of the
 rsb/rtems directory circumvents the build error.
