 Thanks for the work. I had started with a similar patch on Friday and most
 likely would have posted a first version today if you wouldn't have been
 faster. So I'm quite OK with that direction. I'll take a more detailed
 look at your patches and write some more feedback on the mailing list in a
 few hours.
