 uintmax_t strtoumax(const char *restrict, char **restrict, int);
 intmax_t  wcstoimax(const wchar_t *restrict, wchar_t **restrict, int);
 uintmax_t wcstoumax(const wchar_t *restrict, wchar_t **restrict, int);
