 Reduce use of PowerPC CPU model defines now in various PowerPC BSP
 configure.ac required  bsps/powerpc/include/rtems/powerpc/powerpc.h. Some
 may indicate that the set of predefined CPP macros set as a side-effect of
 -mcpu=XXX are incomplete.
