 The types

 * boolean,
 * single_precision,
 * double_precision,
 * rtems_single,
 * rtems_double, and
 * rtems_boolean.

 are only available if RTEMS_DEPRECATED_TYPES is defined. They are
 deprecated for a long time. Remove them in this release.
