 Stafford Horne emailed me to say that he just pushed the or1k gcc to the
 FSF repository. We can now switch from gcc 4.9.3 to a hash from the gcc
 master. I was testing periodically from his repository before the merge so
 it should be working.

 I am marking this as a blocker but expect it to be easy and quick to
 resolve. We don't want to release using gcc 4.9.3 for any target.
