 At least examples-v2 and rtems-libbsd use waf to build. examples-v2 has a
 copy of waf known to work for the users' convenience. rtems-libsd is
 missing one. Add one to rtems-libbsd.

 Also (if there are other repos using waf), make sure they have a copy of
 waf also.
