 I had no idea but this had gotten removed in the last upgrade I've re-
 added it.

 This makes a few changes to the navigation:

   * "New Ticket" now goes to /wiki/NewTicket
   * There is a new button "New Ticket (direct)" in the upper right for
 those who want to directly go to creating a ticket.
   * "My Tickets" used to go to a query but now goes to the new
 wiki:MyTickets page.

 These changes existed years ago when NavAdd was working I opened this
 ticket in case anyone has complaints about it coming back if not I will
 close it in a few days.
