 Hi,
 The documentation of Cygwin, shown here
 https://docs.rtems.org/branches/master/user/hosts/windows.html#cygwin,
 needs to be updated.
 a) python2-devel should be added to the list.
 b) mingw-zlib-devel should be removed. At least, I can't find it in the
 Cygwin Setup repositories.
