 I have discovered building `qemu4` on FreeBSD if I do not remove the RSB
 created `build` directory the build fails. This implies there is something
 left there after the build or after a failed build that needs to be
 cleaned away when a new build starts. I think this is something that
 should be looked into for 5.2 or 6.
