 I think it is related. The effect of looking for the reason the `libcurl`
 does not build for Joel effected the output of the dep check script and
 that effected this test.

 Checking and adding the `-lrtemsdefaultconfig` is OK for building `rtems-
 libbsd` dependent packages because any executables created when building
 those packages cannot and will never run if loaded onto a target.

 I am building with the same git hash as you, that is `master`.
