 The content present in wiki for debugging with
 sis(https://devel.rtems.org/wiki/Debugging/sis) is outdated and invalid.

 The page needs to be reviewed, and a docs page must be created with
 relevant information. The wiki page would be replaced by a pointer to the
 new docs page.
