 I searched for "enable-" in rtems-docs and it looks like there are
 multiple places where the autoconf build system is referenced. I got over
 50 hits on that phrase but some do appear to ok as they are for rtems-
 tools. All need to be reviewed.

 Searching for bootstrap turned up 39 hits.

 Searching for the word configure is probably too hard. We need to have a
 few key phrases to search for to find documentation that needs to change.

 The same list of search terms needs to be done to the wiki but that's a
 separate ticket.
