 The riscv-rtl-empty-symbols.diff​ patch gives me the following failures:

 Failures:
  dl01.exe
  dl02.exe
  dl05.exe
  dl08.exe
 User Input:
  dl10.exe
  monitor.exe
  termios.exe
  top.exe

 dl01, dl02 and dl08 now times-out rather than fails....
