 The mailer.py script from rtems-tools has had various improvements made to
 it that have been left out of the mailer.py script in rtems-source-
 builder.

 The mailer.py in rtems-source-builder should be made to mirror the
 mailer.py script in rtems-tools so that it incorporates the same
 improvements.
