 Current version of gpiolib is not aware of the input enable register of
 the grgpio core, when presence is indicated through capability register.

 Also currently only interrupt support for "irqgen == 0" is supported. Our
 interface card has the mode "irqgen == 1" according to the capabilities
 register.
