 Qemu includes simulation for the SiFive HiFive Unleashed reference board
 (https://www.sifive.com/boards/hifive-unleashed). This board is simulated
 by Qemu and support for this board would provide a RISC-V test platform
 with networking and SMP.

 Note: Initial development is expected only on Qemu although this is a
 reasonable target for someone in the community to have.
