 Currently, the automated tester is able to send an email directly to
 report the results of a build. In some cases, it is not possible to send
 the email directly from the tester and in others it may be preferable to
 avoid distribution of mail credentials across machines performing testing.

 It would be convenient if that report could be written to a file for later
 mailing.
