 I think that much of the content in rtems-tools/doc is NOT in the Users
 Guide. The discussion of the RTEMS Tester in the Users Guide takes a
 different view and appears to never show how to use it which is the focus
 of much of this documentation. I don't think this is a simple remove some
 files.
