 Fix these issues:

 - 11.2.5.1 last bullet is inverted logically. Non-periodic tasks must NOT
 displace periodic ones and should run in background at a logically lower
 priority.

 - 11.2.5.4 - emphasis box needed on the second paragraph (after lead-in
 that ends with a colon)
