 Thanks for the detailed explanation. Most of the first part is general CI
 requirements and I fully agree with these. The important part is: You
 evaluated and have experience with both systems and Gitea lacks
 functionality. That's enough to answer my comment.

 I never worked with Buildbot so I'm not sure how it works or how it is
 configured and how easy it is for everyone to contribute to that
 configuration. But that would be a separate discussion that would most
 likely be better on the mailing list.
