 I'm ok with not upgrading this now Amar. I just need to find a combination
 that works. I've tried back to 4.5.0 and the bullets missing is still an
 issue. I jumped back to 2.x an 3.x issues and got this during waf
 configure

 }}}

 And there is nothing in the README.txt about this. I am using this pip
 command with varying sphinx versions. Am I missing something?
