 It would be great if _CPU_Exception_frame_print would use a little bit
 more fault information provided on Cortex-Mx cores and prints them too.
 E.g. CSFR with its UFSR, BFSR and MMFSR looks like good to have there.
 Also perhaps HFSR content.
