 I do not understand what the `bsp_drivers.py` use of `os.path.expanduser`
 is for? A build should not reference files outside the source tree unless
 there are options a user uses.

 I am not following the `bsp_driver` code. Testing it I am seeing for
 `atsamv`:

 ({'arm/atsamv': ['bsps/arm/atsamv/arm/atsamv/net',
 'bsps/arm/atsamv/arm/atsamv/include']}, {'arm/atsamv': []})
 }}}

 There is ` bsps/arm/atsam`. I am confused.
