 I should also add, this failure is being unable to build on any system
 that has LLVM 16 installed, not a failure building using Clang 16.
 Unfortunately every Linux system that I have has moved to Clang 16, except
 RHEL. I verified using RHEL 9, which ships Clang 15 that is works.  Also
 verified using a container with any other distribution but without
 installing LLVM, also OK.
