First I've heard of that!  Yes it's going to be broken according to the web logs nobody is using it so I didn't think it was important?  It is not typical for someone to link to your logo but copy the file and use it that way because you can never guarantee the link will work.  I do not know why `devel.rtems.org` was taken here you'd have to ask @chris 

The URL I put in is much worse but I wanted something that would work for now because the old one is 100% dead, anyway.
