I have no problem with the POSIX COPYING being renamed, but I disagree with renaming the COPYING files in the imported libraries. As far as I'm aware, all the other code we've imported has retained filenames with necessary deviations in directory location and as little modification to the contents as possible. Someone else can feel free to correct/override me.
