The commit message needs to explain why the default reporter is being changed.

As far as the contents of the change, wouldn't the stackchk.scn file need to be changed since its behavior is changing with this patch? I wouldn't expect the stackchk03.scn output example to change at all since it's still defining the same custom reporter.
