Which BSPs use it it?

If it is bespoke to the space board BSP and IP that has to be loaded into its PL why not reflect this in the name?

I initially assumed the ZynqMP `a53` had the wrong driver.

If the driver is for your specific BSP do we need the complexity of a DTB switch?

Is this board COTS?
