RTEMS | SPI framework does not conform to the Linux interface (#5116)

I looked at the history of these files in the Linux kernel and it is some custom amalgam of pieces. There are some new members that don't exist in our implementation, but the 2nd most recent addition contains members that we do have and that version does not have a "mode" member.
