So my README.md in the bsp directory is less about RTEMS specifically and more about how to build a Quartus Prime project to create JIC file that can be download to hardware. It's an iterative process between compiling various code bits and compiling in Quartus Prime. My RTEMS BSP specific information is in the user's manual. I will do whatever you guys think is best for RTEMS documentation. I just don't want other developers having to go through what I went through to get a NIOS V application running on real hardware.
