My assumption was I can develop some nice hardware using the stm32h7 and 64Megs of SDRAM, put RTEMS on it with libbsd, and release a beautiful and stable product with that  combination. Was I right with that assumption? Mostly. The only issue I've at the moment is that for some reason, if_stmac.c is not working. My assumption was that if_stmac.c would be working. This PR does nothing to help that problem and is trying to "fix" something which is **not broken**.
