There is https://gtd-gmbh.gitlab.io/mcdc-checker/mcdc-checker/# which includes papers and documentation.

And https://gitlab.com/gtd-gmbh/mcdc-checker/mcdc-checker/-/issues/1 is about running this on RTEMS. On my attempt, I didn't manage to invoke it on the entire source tree -- just a file at a time. They give some instructions.

They provide a Docker container with it. 

They have used RTEMS as a test case for this.
