It looks like this broke the ZynqMP RPU BSP with assembler errors such as:
/tmp/ccssa9iP.s: Assembler messages:
/tmp/ccssa9iP.s:2027: Error: can't resolve .data.rtems_rtl_tls_offsets - rtems__rtl_base_globals
