Release | rc6 Broken Process of the VERSION file (#8)

The release process created a VERSION file with the old format for the 6 RC6 release instead of the new version with section [version] and key "revision". This new expectation was introduced by commit 3d782180eae14.... The current file for RC6 contains RTEMS_VERSION and RTEMS_VERSION_CONTROL_KEY.
