Oh, this is just a comment. the commit is available at 
https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-libbsd/-/tree/98f35f9934d16516a68fdbe478fff5cd509898df

We need to fix this with versioning for `7` in libbsd.
