Documentation | Update Incorrect (Old) RSB Links under Quick Start in Documentation (#65)

## Summary

The FTP link to the RTEMS Source Builder (RSB) under the Quick Start section in the documentation is outdated and results in a 404 error. Currently, it points to:\
`https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/releases/6/6.0/sources/rtems-source-builder-6.0.tar.xz`

This link is broken and needs to be updated to the latest release, such as:\
`https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/releases/6/rc/6.1-rc7/sources/rtems-source-builder-6.1-rc7.tar.xz`
