Hello everybody!

The same issue appear:

- on Cygwin64 terminal which is installed on a windows 11 enterprise machine
- on a dockerImage with openSuse 12 which is running on jenkins

I think, this potential issue, is not operating system dependent. On Cygwin, I run this command from `rtems` folder:

`../source-builder/sb-set-builder --log=l-riscv32.txt --prefix=StagingArea/linux64/riscv-rtems6-13.3.0 6/rtems-gcc-newlib`

The file \`[rtems-gcc-newlib.bset](/uploads/fdaaf2066cecb2cf6df8591ada18b18e/rtems-gcc-newlib.bset) is located in `rtems\config\6` folder

Can you try it on your machine to see if you manage to reproduce it? Thanks.
