RTEMS | membench: Add memory benchmark programs (!110)

Will the `membench` host support be added to `rtems-tools`? 

I was confused by the naming of this commit and I have not reviewed each file. Is the memory benchmark just size checking or does it do dynamic performance memory benchmarking?

The files contain a link to https://www.rtems.org/bugs.html. @amar and @joel is this a must to keep active?
